Hard Truth Indiana Straight Rye Whiskey is blended and bottled by Hard Truth Distilling Co. at 100 proof. It is made from a blend of rye barrels selected by the master distiller and follows Indiana’s state requirements, which include mashing, fermenting, distilling and aging at least two years in Indiana. It also meets federal standards with a mashbill of at least 51 percent rye, distillation below 160 proof and barrel entry no higher than 125 proof.
