House Review
Nose:
Maple, caramel, pineapple, mango and burnt sugar. Rich, fruity, the ethanol and barrel char combine nicely to present a complex, savory, tropical profile.

The heat on the palate is shockingly mild, it’s an easy sipper. Light tannin, sweet oak, burnt sugar and creme brulee mix with a touch of ash, char and tons of pineapple, mango and lemon.
