- On the palate seems more spicy. Charred oak, cocoa nibs, After Eight, Haribo gummy bears and peat smoke. Pineapple juice, cinnamon and English Breakfast tea. Just to clarify the tasting notes, this rum isn’t that sweet or even sweetened, it’s just the perceived flavours.

- A very fine example, with notes of dried tropical fruit, sweet vanilla, oak and allspice.

- On the palate, fruit is present but muted, a smoldering note of cooked pineapple — more skin than meat — plus peach and almond lingering on the finish. Chewy and toasty, with a slight sesame afterimage.
