Released on Feb. 10, 2026, this is a full-proof version of Green River's popular Wheated Bourbon. With a suggested retail price of $49.99, it's priced about $15 higher than the standard wheater, but for that bump you get a proof point that's up from 90 to a range of 109-116. The debut batch clocks in at 109.3 proof.

Green River Wheated Full Proof Bourbon is distilled from the same mashbill (70% corn, 21% wheat, 9% malted barley) as the 90-proof version. It's aged between five and seven years

  • Nose:

    Sweet, soft nose filled with strawberry taffy, hazelnut and cherry danish.

  • Taste:

    This is a sweet, easy-drinking wheater. Very tasty. Salted caramel, graham cracker, milk chocolate, raspberry, light oak and a bit of cinnamon.

  • Finish:

    The finish leans into oak and tannin, followed cinnamon and sawdust before concluding with black cherry and a hint of vanilla.

  • Overall:

    Lovely wheater! It takes Green River’s excellent wheated bourbon and ratchets up the proof, giving it a great mouthfeel while maintaining that beautiful soft sweet profile fans of the original know and love. This is totally delicious neat, and it’d be incredible in an Old Fashioned.
