  • There's not a ton going on, and it's got some signs of youth. It's a pretty easy sipper, though, and pleasant for the most part.

  • Nose:

Sweet and corn-forward on the nose, with notes of corn mash, butterscotch, mocha, cherry and cranberry.

  • Taste:

Cornbread, a bit of barrel char, molasses, cola, a little rye spice, toasted walnuts, dark chocolate.

  • Finish:

Short, starchy finish: Cornbread, bread dough and some rough youth.

  • Overall:

The bottle is legitimately really cool. It's incredibly lightweight — it's hard to believe you're holding a full bottle of whiskey when you lift it — and the environmental factor is awesome. With that said, what's in the bottle is pretty run-of-the-imll bourbon. There's not a ton going on, and it's got some signs of youth. It's a pretty easy sipper, though, and pleasant for the most part.
