Grand Teton American Single Malt Whiskey is made from 100% Idaho malted barley sourced from a local family farm. It is double distilled in a hybrid copper pot still, aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in Jackson Hole Winery red wine barrels. All production occurs at the distillery in Driggs, Idaho.
This is a smooth, easy sipper at 80 proof, and the complexity of the flavor amounts to a proof of concept that the single malt category has a place in American whiskey making.
