Rosangel is crafted from Gran Centenario Reposado tequila, which is rested for two months in port barrels and then flavored with hibiscus. It is produced at Casa Cuervo in Mexico.
As intriguing as Rosangel is, it is more curious as a cocktail ingredient than on its own, and I’ve spent the last two weeks tinkering with it while sipping it straight.
