This is an independent bottling of Highland Park spirit by Gordon and MacPhail. It is 15 years old and matured exclusively in a 1st fill ex-borbon barrel. It is non-chill filtered and has no color added. It is bottled at cask strength
A delicious blend of some of my favorite notes. Few IBs are so wildly different from one to the next compared to Highland Parks base spirit which isn't always great, but this is a hit in my book.
