Gonzalez 1939 Tequila Blanco is produced at Altos Cienega Unidos in the Ciénega region of Jalisco, Mexico, using blue weber agave from Los Altos. The agave is cooked in stone and brick ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks. It is triple distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, cold filtered and bottled at 40% ABV.
