  • Hot but some complexity here. I like it. It's weird, in that I typically don't enjoy being beat up but this has some nice stuff going on so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

House Review
  • Nose:

    Bright and sweet. Cream cheese frosting, vanilla bean, sugar and honey.

  • Taste:

    Sweet confectioners sugar, light minerality, vanilla bean and a good deal of ethanol. Medium mouth feel.

  • Finish:

    Long but hot. Lots of vanilla, light plastic, some toffee and fresh baked cake.

  • Overall:

    Hot but some complexity here. I like it. It's weird, in that I typically don't enjoy being beat up but this has some nice stuff going on so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.
