This is really nice but a hair thin and really one trick in the sweet vanilla, bread, pears dimension. It does really resemble Glenlivet character though, without tons of sherry character to influence it.

House Review
Nose:
Sweet wine, marzipan, honey, sweet syrupy sherry notes. More caramel, toffee, honey than stewed fruits. Super sweet with a faint tinge of tobacco. Honey dew.
Taste:
Thin / medium mouthfeel. Apples and pears, honey, toffee and vanilla. Marzipan, almonds, caramel and faint raspberries.
Finish:
Medium, sweet with some tobacco, pepper and bready cake notes. Really toffee forward with some faint sulfur.
Overall:
