  • This is really nice but a hair thin and really one trick in the sweet vanilla, bread, pears dimension. It does really resemble Glenlivet character though, without tons of sherry character to influence it.

House Review
  • Nose:

    Sweet wine, marzipan, honey, sweet syrupy sherry notes. More caramel, toffee, honey than stewed fruits. Super sweet with a faint tinge of tobacco. Honey dew.

  • Taste:

    Thin / medium mouthfeel. Apples and pears, honey, toffee and vanilla. Marzipan, almonds, caramel and faint raspberries.

  • Finish:

    Medium, sweet with some tobacco, pepper and bready cake notes. Really toffee forward with some faint sulfur.

  • Overall:

    This is really nice but a hair thin and really one trick in the sweet vanilla, bread, pears dimension. It does really resemble Glenlivet character though, without tons of sherry character to influence it.
