Glenfiddich Perpetual Collection Vat 03 is a 15 year old Speyside single malt Scotch made at the Glenfiddich Distillery in Dufftown. It is matured in European oak sherry, new American oak and ex-bourbon casks, then vatted in a solera system where only half the vat is bottled before it is refilled. It is bottled at 50.2% ABV and sells for around $60 to $99.

  • Really sweet. Apple compote with some honey and a cinnamon/nutmeg spice combo. Feels a touch fizzy, like good cider. No problems.
