  • This is nice but feels very much like a great number of other drams. Some proof could really help this out, but there is nothing bad about it. It's pleasant and approachable and delicious all the same.

  • Nose:

    Bright and fruity. Lots of fresh baked bread, sweet toffee, honey, apples and pears. Vanilla bean is prominent.

  • Taste:

    Apples, light sherry notes. Sweet, lots of toffee. Fresh baked bread, some ash and leather, along with some minerality. Nice oak structure, faintly drying. Thin to medium mouth feel, mild ethanol presence.

  • Finish:

    Short, a hair hot. Lots of ash, minerality, plum, vanilla beam and pear.

  • Overall:

    This is nice but feels very much like a great number of other drams. Some proof could really help this out, but there is nothing bad about it. It's pleasant and approachable and delicious all the same.
