  • Not the most complex dram. It is a stretch to say it is one noted, but it would also be a stretch to call it more than three noted. Nothing wrong, but it is not winning any awards for interest or complexity, either. Its good.

  • Nose:

Sweet and musty. Lots of almond, honey, fresh baked bread, pepper and some parchment. Not super sweet, almost no fruits. Very bready.

  • Taste:

Sweet and rich on the palate, no heat whatsoever. Pepper is immediately there, along with fresh baked bread, almond and more honey. Heat grows over time, sneaking from the shadows.

  • Finish:

Finishes a bit hot, with lots of pepper and honey.

  • Overall:

Not the most complex dram. It is a stretch to say it is one noted, but it would also be a stretch to call it more than three noted. Nothing wrong, but it is not winning any awards for interest or complexity, either. Its good.
