  • Very nice overall. It’s pretty typical for old bourbon Glen Grant - solid, but not exceptional. It’s good to see more of these coming to market and holding up the quality of the few, rare, previous Grants that have come to spotlight.

  • Nose:

    Sweet honey, heather, musty lemon, toffee and dough. Sweet, malty, very standard Glen Grant profile.

  • Taste:

    Medium mouth feel. Sweet lemon, lime, minerality, faint dough, almond. Pepper, faint bitter orange.

  • Finish:

    Long, sweet, but a bit hot. Lemon, pepper, faint sulfur, toasted almond and vanilla bean.

  • Overall:

    Very nice overall. It’s pretty typical for old bourbon Glen Grant - solid, but not exceptional. It’s good to see more of these coming to market and holding up the quality of the few, rare, previous Grants that have come to spotlight.
