Giesen Dealcoholized Chardonnay is an alcohol-removed wine from New Zealand made with grapes from Hawke’s Bay and Waipara. Crafted using full-strength Chardonnay, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in French oak and stainless steel before alcohol is gently removed with spinning cone technology. The final blend includes a touch of grape juice to balance the flavors.
