Ghia Sumac & Chili is a non-alcoholic aperitivo. It blends yuzu juice, white grape juice concentrate, elderflower extract, chili pepper extract, sumac berry extract, lemon balm extract, gentian root extract, date concentrate, plum concentrate, lemon verbena extract, acacia, rhubarb root extract, sea salt, orange extract, ginger extract and rosemary extract.

Yowzah, that chili is really strong. There's a dark red fruit undercurrent: dried cranberries. The sumac adds an earthiness and adds a kind of harissa vibe. Exotic and appealing.
Spice for days. Wow, I may need to put some chapstick on after drinking this because this is HOT. The spice really dominates here and makes it a bit harder to appreciate the rest of this, but if you're a fan of putting tabasco on everything, you may enjoy this one.
The sumac comes into play here, along with the baked red fruits. More of that incredibly spicy profile. I think I need a glass of water.
As far as Ghia expressions go, this one is not my favorite. It will appeal to thrill seekers, but as a spicy food enthusiast, the chili overpowers everything else that could be interesting about this. With all that in mind, I know I'll turn to this if I want a bit of excitement to my no-ABV imbibing.
