Distilled by George Dickel and aged for *at least* 15 years, this is a single barrel release from the Tennessee whiskey brand. It's also a bourbon, which makes it nothing short of exciting as well aged whiskey is no small feat to obtain. Let's dive in!

Sweet raisin bread and sticky toffee, butterscotch, orange peel and gobs of honey, tobacco and a hint of pipe tobacco.
Rich and decadent on the palate, it's nothing short of shocking this is sitting at a near 80 proof. Sweet oak, toffee, caramel candies, pipe tobacco, blueberries and vanilla bean settle on the palate. Beyond complex.
Long finish, a dash of oak, ginger, clove, pepper and toffee. Caramel candies, pipe tobacco, raisin bread and sweet, blackberry, reduction rolls through. Lovely stuff.
Overall, George Dickel has a great thing going and this single barrel is a shining example of that.
