  • Nose:

    Sweet and enticing on the nose: apples, pears, honey and some light buttercream. Light and sweet.

  • Taste:

    Moderate mouthfeel full of sweet honey, flaky pastry, butter cream and an apple butter sweetness. Light heather and cinnamon.

  • Finish:

    Moderate finish, pleasant once more. Very light oak combines with fresh baked pastries and honey, apple butter, blueberry, a hint of cinnamon and light pear.

  • Overall:

    Lovely and unique, this pour manages to ride the “light and approachable” line without becoming thin or unamusing. Very good stuff here!
