Frey Ranch Distillery added Farm Strength Uncut Rye to its core lineup in March 2026, with availability through its online shop and tasting room in Fallon, Nevada, for about $79.99. The inaugural batch is aged a minimum of six years, made from a mash bill of 100% Canadian winter rye grown, milled and distilled on-site, and bottled at cask strength at 62.26% ABV.

Per the brand, the nose presents floral notes with root beer and cinnamon candy. The palate shows cream soda and coffee beans, followed by a finish of dried mint and fresh rye grain.

  • It’s very dark, but with rich oak and char. I would describe it as primarily sweet, but not overbearing.
