Produced in Washington, D.C., Founding Spirits Bourbon Finished in Maple Syrup Barrels begins with two years of aging in new oak barrels. After extracting the Bourbon, the barrels are filled with Grade A maple syrup and aged for six months to create Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup. The barrels are then refilled with bourbon and aged for an additional six months.
