Found North Batch 010 combines two 23-year-old corn whiskies and one 19-year-old corn whisky as 66% of the blend. The remaining blend includes 29% 8-year-old wheat and 5% 9-year-old malted barley. The whisky is aged in new American and ex-bourbon barrels, non-chill filtered and bottled at 123.8 proof. Batch 010 has an estimated 4,550 bottles.

Heavy sweetness, lots of creamed corn, butter cream, butterscotch, a hint of brûlée and caramelized sugar. Cinnamon, light oak, cracked pepper.
Moderate mouthfeel, not quite as rich as anticipated, but very pleasant. Creamed corn, honey, almond, light oak, pepper, blueberry and lemon, graham cracker and a hint of ginger.
Long finish, lightly oaky, a touch bitter, full of creamy sweetness, brûlée and caramel, ginger and cracked pepper once more.
A unique departure from the last couple of batches by Found North, this bottling is full of life and delivers a uniquely satisfying, fruit and spice driven, release.
