Huge punchy berry and tobacco, sweet caramels, cream, honey and pepper. Big oak, dripping with sweetness and a pinch of spice. Beautiful, soft, baking spice.
Rich and viscous, syrupy and decadent. Full of oak, sweet butter cream, red berries: cherry, raspberry, strawberry. There's a good deal of tannin, pepper, baking spice and rich caramel to balance beautifully. Really opulent mouthfeel.
Packed with sweet buttercream, lively honey and caramel, light brûlée, sweet oak and a dash of berry sweetness, with blackberry and raspberry once more.
Divine and rich, this pour's a show from start to finish. A symphony of sweetness and a choir of complexity, Found North's Batch 008 presents the most opulent batch so far. Jammy fruits, bold tobacco, pleasant tannin and soft baking spice weave together one of the most interesting whiskeys of 2023. Watch out year end top 10 lists. The 62.2% ABV may sneak up on you, but there's no doubting this is a beast of a whiskey.
