Sin Nombre is a blend of 72.5% tequila from the Feliciano Vivanco distillery in Arandas, Jalisco, and 27.5% mezcal from Apaluz, crafted by Antonio Panuco in Durango, Mexico. The Feliciano Vivanco distillery has a five-generation legacy of producing small-batch tequilas. It cultivates agave across 2,000 acres, blending highland and lowland varieties. Meanwhile, Apaluz mezcal is produced from cenizo agave, which takes 12 to 15 years to mature and is cooked for three days in a volcanic stone oven using huizache, pine and oak firewood.
