Originally founded in 1874, Fontbonne is distilled in Dijon, France, using a botanical mix of estragon, fennel, pine bud, licorice, rosemary, cardamom, lavender, elderflower, gentian, basil, cinnamon, thyme, chamomile, sage, laurel, caraway, cumin, coriander, maniguette, orange peel, juniper, angelica, iris, lemon peel and black tea. Its production process has remained a secret for over 150 years. In August 2024, Fontbonne first became available for the U.S. market.
