Flag Hill White Rum is produced in Lee, New Hampshire, and bottled at 40% ABV. It is made from high-grade fancy molasses, chosen for its low sulfur and ash content and high invert sugar levels to support cleaner fermentation and better flavor. Approximately 700 pounds of molasses are used per fermentation. The rum is double distilled, first through a pot still and then through a short column still.
