Produced in Oaxaca, Mexico, Firme Mezcal Ensamble de 6 Agaves is made by Maestro Cortes using six agave types: espadĂn, tobalá, barril, cuishe, mexicano and coyote. The agaves are roasted, crushed with a horse-drawn tahona, fermented in open-air pine vats and twice distilled in copper pot stills. It rests at 45% ABV.
