Produced in Oaxaca, Mexico, Firme Jabali Mezcal is made from 100% maguey jabali harvested at 12 to 15 years. The agave is roasted in stone conical ovens, crushed with a horse-drawn stone mill, fermented in wooden tubs and twice distilled in copper alembic stills. Bottled at 45% ABV, it hosts a suggested retail price of $119.99 for a 750ml bottle.
