Fiero Serrano Tequila, crafted by San Francisco’s Hotaling & Co., is additive-free and produced at Casa Don Roberto in Jalisco, Mexico. Made from agave slow-roasted for three days, it's infused with fresh, vine-ripened serrano peppers from local markets, delivering a heat level of 10,000–23,000 Scoville Heat Units.

Heavy bell pepper and rainwater on the nose, huge pop of bell pepper, jalapeno, serrano sweetness and acidity.
Ethanol and plasticity on the palate, loaded with spice and pepper here. Heavy bell pepper notes, much spicier than the habanero on the palate.
Long finish once again, although the finish is a touch more compassionate here than the Habenero. Quicker, cleaner, sweeter finish here with pepper dissipating more quickly.
This Serrano Fiero is a bigger beast on the palate but offers some spice relief more quickly compared to its Habanero sibling. Once again, you have to love both tequila and hot peppers to love this, but if you do, there’s no equal.
