Fiddler Toasted Bourbon Whiskey is a cask-strength wheated straight bourbon distilled at MGP in Indiana and aged, finished and bottled by ASW Distillery in Atlanta, Georgia. It has a mashbill of 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley. Aged at least five years in new 53-gallon American oak barrels with varying char levels, it is finished in light, medium or heavy-toasted barrels. Bottled at cask strength, proof varies by batch. It is non-chill filtered.
