Distilled in small batches at Hali'imaile Distilling Company using unique glass stills, FID Street Hawaiian Gin is the first gin produced on Maui and only the second in Hawaii since prohibition, bridging the styles of old English and American craft gin. It pays homage to Hawaii's history with its eleven locally sourced botanicals, including orange peels, lemon peels, cedar leaf tips, cardamom pods, coriander seeds, juniper berries, angelica, grains of paradise, orris, fennel seeds, Maui Gold pineapple and lavender.
Clear color. Elegant, fresh, grassy, herbal aromas and flavors of canned palm hearts, water chestnuts, bitter citrus, and purple flowers with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish displaying overtones of green herbs and pine, citrus, candied purple flowers and black pepper, and purple skittles. There’s a truly beautiful perfume to this Gin and a lovely cooling purple note throughout.
