Produced in Evanston, Illinois, Few Cold Cut Bourbon is made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malted barley, fermented with saison yeast. It is distilled and aged like Few’s typical bourbon, but instead of water, it is cut to its final proof of 46.5% ABV using cold brew coffee from local seller Passion House.
