Maplewood Brewery & Distillery Fat Pug Bottled-in-Bond American Single Malt Whiskey is produced in Chicago in accordance with the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897. Distilled in a single season, aged four years in a bonded warehouse and bottled at 50% ABV, or 100 proof, the whiskey takes inspiration from the grain bill of the distillery’s Fat Pug Oatmeal Milk Stout. According to the producer, the whiskey delivers notes of cocoa powder and roasted malt.
