Produced in England, Everleaf Mountain is a non-alcoholic aperitif alternative made with cherry blossom, rosehip, strawberry, Fairtrade cane sugar and Himalayan pink salt.
More dry and bitter than the others, Mountain seems more akin to an amaro with a lot of bitter notes. Some grassiness and light berry notes. This one will appeal to lovers of Campari or Aperol.
