Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage America 250 Commemorative Edition is a Kentucky straight bourbon produced by Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown. It uses the classic Heaven Hill mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley, with barrels personally selected by Master Distiller Conor O'Driscoll and aged approximately 7 years before bottling. Only 250 barrels were selected for this release. It is bottled at 117.76 proof (58.88% ABV), a symbolic nod to 1776, and retails for around $40.
