Evan Williams 23 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon produced by Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. It uses the Evan Williams mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley and 10% rye. Bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV), this limited release is sold sporadically at the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience in Louisville, where it retails for around $350.
