Espolòn Cristalino is made from 100% blue weber agave and crafted from a blend of añejo and extra añejo tequilas, filtered through charcoal to achieve its clear appearance.
It’s layered with enough sweetness to keep things light and on its feet, but compared to most cristalinos, this is a slightly bolder, more aggressive tequila than you might expect from the style.
The vegetal agave is still present, but less intense than the vanilla. That said, there's still a bit of bitter flavors here so don't expect a dessert style tequila.
