This is a blend of molasses rum from Barbados and fresh sugar cane juice rum from Mauritius. No age statement for this blend, but it is bottled at 43% ABV. Let's jump right in.
Easy to sip and easy to enjoy, this straightforward rum expression won’t make you think deeply, but it’s easy enough to enjoy as it is and it’s an interesting invitation to explore a new brand.

House Review
Nose:
Sweet and buttery, quite reminiscent of syrup and butter on a warm pancake. Straightforward on the nose.
Taste:
Moderate viscosity, sweet and approachable. Honey, apricot, maple and a touch of slice like pepper, candied ginger.
Finish:
Short finish, a touch of estery youth, but overall quite pleasant.
Overall:
Easy to sip and easy to enjoy, this straightforward rum expression won’t make you think deeply, but it’s easy enough to enjoy as it is and it’s an interesting invitation to explore a new brand.
