Entre Maguey Mezcal Artesanal Joven Tepeztate is a 47% ABV mezcal labeled under NOM G215R and bottled in 700ml format. Produced in San Lorenzo, Jilotepequillo, Santa María Ecatepec, Oaxaca, by maestro mezcalero Don Bulmaro Rosales, it is made from 100% semi-wild tepeztate harvested after more than 10 years. The agaves are roasted in an underground pit using sustainably sourced oak and volcanic stone, crushed with a traditional tahona, fermented with wild yeast in pine vats and distilled in copper stills.
