On the nose, Easy Dust is fresh and hoppy, with hints of pine, malt and a light tomato-y vegetal note.
Pleasant palate. Plenty of pine and impressive typical IPA bite, but much less hoppy than Elysian's alcoholic Space Dust IPA. That interesting tomato note is here again, in more of a tomato juice form.
The finish leans on the malty side with pine and bitter grapefruit peel.
A solid NA beer that does a great job of replicating that bitter pale ale bite. It's not the OG Space Dust, but that level of hop is tough to replicate in the non-alc format. The intriguing tomato note would make this a phenomenal NA beer to enjoy alongside a slice of pizza.
