  • Although the heat is intense, it drinks consistent with a high end bourbon and is well-worth it’s price.

  • An unbelievable way to begin 2023, ECBP A123 arrives as a boisterous combination of cola and cherry, tobacco and oak.

  • Nose:

Huge cherry cola, root beer, caramel and sweet tea on the nose. I haven't often gotten this bold, black tea note, but it's very complementary to the bold oak and cherry cola notes.

  • Taste:

Rich and viscous on the palate, tons of oak and char, sweet tea and pralines. The cherry cola returns β€” this could seriously give the best Stagg Jr.s a run for their money. Despite the proof, it's easy-drinking, viscous and syrupy on the palate without bruising ethanol on the back palate.

  • Finish:

Long finish, filled with sweet oak, caramel, honey, cola and a touch of pipe tobacco. Hangs on for ages.

  • Overall:

An unbelievable way to begin 2023, ECBP A123 arrives as a boisterous combination of cola and cherry, tobacco and oak. Year by year, it seems few product lines can remain a steady favorite in the same way as ECBP, and it's refreshing they can still be found on shelves across the U.S. A modern bourbon lover's dream.
