Elena Penna Currado and Luca Currado Vietti, formerly of the Vietti winery in Piedmont, founded Elena Spirits in 2020 to explore their passion for artisanal spirits and honor their family legacies. They revived an 18th-century wood-fired still with the help of a master distiller. Elena Vermouth di Torino Rosso is crafted from Nebbiolo and infused with 30 herbs and botanicals from the Piedmont region. It's also made with 75% Barolo Ravera Vietti and 25% Arneis DOC grapes, as well as Timorasso Derthona 2021 wine from Piedmont. The suggested retail price is $30.
