As you taste, the tequila has a medium body with a peppery, minty finish. Flavor is bittersweet. Further tastes brings out a little wet stone in there as well. Finish is on the short side and a little too bitter and peppery to be a pleasant sipper.
The palate is fairly creamy but quite herbal — not so much vegetal as it is informed by fresh rosemary and sage — with a buttery character tempering any heat on the palate. I get hints of jasmine and coconut on the back end, if you give it time.
