House Review
  • Nose:

    Doughy, honey, pepper. Fruity, some ethanol / varnish notes. Bready and earthy.

  • Taste:

    Medium mouth feel with no immediately apparent smokiness. Sweet honey, bready again, Gouda cheese and pepper. The lactic cheese note is interesting but really nice.

  • Finish:

    Short, sweet and peppery.

  • Overall:

    This wasnt half bad either, but lacked a lot of real depth. It did, however, make a very nice cocktail.
