El Jolgorio Jabalí Mezcal, part of the El Jolgorio Special Release series, is made from jabalí agave in Oaxaca, Mexico. According to the brand, the strong fibers of this agave make it difficult to harvest, and its fermentation can produce a white foam that complicates distillation and cleaning. The 2018 edition was produced by Ignacio Parada in Santa Maria Zoquitlán.
