El Ateo Tequila Blanco is produced at Plantaciones Tequilana in Jalisco, Mexico. The Guanajuato-sourced blue weber agave is cooked in brick ovens and crushed with a tahona. Fermentation takes place in open-air stainless steel tanks without fibers. The tequila is then double distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils, aerated and bottled at 40% ABV.
