  • EFFEN Vodka shows a pleasantly soft nose of creamed wheat, toasted vanilla, and hints of dulce de leche. When tasted the spirit fills the mouth with a pleasant richness and echoes many of the sweet aromatics in an inviting but not saccharine way.

  • Palate entry is moderately sweet, almost smoky; at midpalate, a flash of black licorice tempts the taste buds, then recedes, allowing the sweet, nearly smoky/pipe tobacco leaf taste to dominate.
