Edradour 12 Year Old 2012 Michael Eppan Cabernet Sauvignon Cask is a Highland single malt produced at Edradour Distillery. Distilled in 2012, it is aged 12 years in three first-fill Cabernet Sauvignon casks sourced from St. Michael-Eppan Winery.

Bottled at 48.2% ABV without chill filtration and at natural color, the release is limited to 1,082 bottles worldwide. Per the brand, it retains Edradour’s malty core while adding layers of red fruit, spice and tannic structure.
