The Heart Cut #02 is a London rye whisky distilled by East London Liquor Company in 2019 and bottled by independent bottler The Heart Cut in 2023. It uses a mash bill of 55% malted rye and 45% malted barley and was matured in a Hackney Brewery Chocolate Stout cask. It is bottled at 49.9% ABV, limited to 344 bottles and sold for about £62.
