Produced at E&J Distillery in Modesto, California, E&J XO Brandy is barrel-aged for a minimum of two years and charcoal-filtered. Per the brand, it offers hints of vanilla, toffee and brown sugar with a sweet and toasted flavor.
As it’s quite sweet with all of those milk chocolate notes — but short of candylike — it’s surprisingly easy to drink, though equally easy to forget within a few seconds of swallowing it down. Glug glug!
